1. Scope of Service

SignalOne provides corporate eSIM profiles, Starlink hardware rentals, and mobile data failover management services. These terms apply to all corporate accounts, broadcast crews, and enterprise users.

2. Eligibility and Organization Registrations

Our services are designed exclusively for business operations, field productions, and emergency services. Individuals register on behalf of organizations and must ensure all information provided is accurate.

3. Storefront Pricing & Wholesale Margins

SignalOne acts as an authorized storefront and billing interface. We reserve the right to double the supplier's wholesale cost to provide routing optimization, custom dashboards, auto-switching services, and dedicated technical support. All prices displayed are in USD.

4. Provisioning Flow & Fraud Prevention

eSIM profiles are generated immediately following Stripe payment confirmation. We do not provision eSIMs prior to payment success. Users agree that attempting to generate profiles without completed billing credentials constitutes a material breach of service.

5. Equipment Policy for Starlink Rentals

Customers renting the SignalOne Remote Internet Kit agree to return all components in working condition. Businesses with verified accounts waive the $199 deposit but remain fully liable for any lost, stolen, or damaged hardware up to the full replacement cost ($2,500).
