Refund Policy

1. Provisioning and Bandwidth Commitments

Because eSIM profiles generate instant, non-recyclable network profiles on upstream carrier systems, all transactions are final. Refunds are strictly limited to the following scenarios:

  • The profile fails to provision or generate an active ICCID on our network controllers.
  • The eSIM remains completely unactivated and zero bytes of bandwidth have been consumed within 7 days of purchase.

2. Starlink Rental Cancellation

Starlink rental bookings may be cancelled up to 48 hours before the scheduled start date for a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours will incur a $100 processing fee.

3. SLA Service Credits

If a system outage prevents the dashboard from issuing configurations, customers may request billing credits proportionate to the downtime under our Service Level Agreement.
