1. Uptime Commitment
SignalOne guarantees a 99.999% uptime for the provisioning dashboard, API routes, and eSIM profile lookup services. This ensures teams can deploy profiles immediately in the field.
2. Carrier Switching Latency
Our multi-carrier steering engine monitors connectivity in real-time. If the active tower experiences packet loss or drops below baseline standards, the profile auto-switches to the next strongest network core (T-Mobile, AT&T, or Verizon) within 5 seconds.
3. Priority Routing Channels
For FIFA-Priority plans, we route broadcast feeds through dedicated high-priority QCI channels, ensuring packet delivery remains stable even at congested sports stadiums and mass events.
4. Maintenance and Downtime Logs
Planned upgrades are conducted during off-peak hours (1:00 AM - 3:00 AM EST) and announced at least 72 hours in advance. Downtime is logged in the admin panel and audits are available to enterprise coordinators.
