1. Information We Collect
SignalOne collects enterprise and network-related metadata to provide robust telecommunications routing. This includes:
- Organization billing details, authorized contact points, and administrator credentials.
- Device telemetry including signal strength, connected cellular tower IDs, packet latency, and data usage statistics.
- IP addresses, browser signatures, and cookies used exclusively for secure dashboard session validation.
- Upstream provisioning parameters (e.g. ICCID, IMSI) mapped to your organization accounts.
2. How We Use Information
Collected details are processed to maintain system reliability, security, and carrier compliance. Specifically, we utilize your information to:
- Provision live eSIM profiles through the upstream eSIM Access API.
- Calculate data usage, alert teams of low remaining megabytes, and compile invoices.
- Route traffic dynamically over the lowest latency regional carrier core (T-Mobile, AT&T, Verizon).
- Ensure compliance with federal telecommunication rules and prevent fraudulent account creation.
3. Data Sharing and Third Parties
We do not sell customer or organization data. Data is shared only with verified downstream service partners necessary for operation:
- Upstream eSIM suppliers (eSIM Access API) to register and boot cellular profiles.
- Payment processors (Stripe) to securely manage checkout sessions and verify transactions.
- Notification systems (Resend) to deliver invoices, QR codes, and system warnings.
4. Security & Data Retention
All telemetry, account metadata, and eSIM parameters are stored in secure Postgres instances with SSL/TLS encryption. Profiles and transaction history are maintained for the life of the customer account to verify audit logs.
